Safety at Sea - Get ready for Vic-Maui 2014!

The BC Sailing Offshore Personal Survival Course (Safety at Sea) is for experienced sailors who are participating in distance and offshore races and passages. The course includes classroom and practical sessions. Topics covered include safety equipment, storm sails, weather forecasts, heavy weather, man overboard, emergency signals and communications. Practical sessions include inflating and using lifejackets, life rafts and safety equipment in a pool environment. Participants who successfully complete the course receive a Sail Canada - ISAF Approved Offshore Personal Survival Course certificate, valid for five years.

Class 10 (January 25-26, 2013) - this class is now FULL

Class 11 (January 26-27, 2013) - this class is now FULL

Class 12 (February 22-23, 2013) - this class is now FULL

Class 13 (February 22-23, 2013) - this class is now FULL

Class 14 (March 2-3, 2013, Victoria) - this class is now FULL

Class 15 (March 2-3, 2013, Victoria) - this class is now FULL
